CORE ALIGN

The CoreAlign system is designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement patterns. Training on the CoreAlign stimulates the core stability muscles to fire in an optimal timing pattern while performing challenging exercises, deep stretching, and core controlled aerobic training. This method is used for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and as regular exercise for a healthy lifestyle.

Ascent is not only the first to bring CoreAlign to Nevada, but is one of the first CoreAlign training and teaching centers in the world.

CoreAlign Reminders:

• NEVER DONE CoreAlign? Call to hear how it can benefit you.
• Please call ahead to reserve your CoreAlign unit.
• All classes will be approximately 50 minutes in length.
• Please bring in clean soled shoes to wear on the CoreAlign unit.
• Long hair needs to be properly pulled back and tied.
• If you fail to show for a reserved class without giving 12 hours notice we will still count it against your purchased classes.
