Quarantine Workouts were developed during COVID-19 mandatory business shut down. Our studio is now open and we invite you back with all necessary precautions. Right now we require masks and social distancing, which limits the number of individuals in the studio. We suggest bringing your own mat for floor classes and we wipe down all equipment used after every class.
